JUNE 21, 2026 – TWENTY-FIRST SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

+ From the Gospel according to Matthew (10:26-33)

At that time, Jesus said to his apostles:
“Do not fear men, for nothing is covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered, proclaim from the housetops.
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; but rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. Even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Therefore whoever acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.” to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. As you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.”
