October 12, 2025 – Twenty-Eighth Sunday in Ordinary Time

+ From the Gospel according to Luke (17:11-19)

As Jesus continued his journey to Jerusalem, he traveled through Samaria and Galilee.
As he entered a village, ten lepers met him. They stood at a distance and raised their voices, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” When Jesus saw them, he said to them, “Go show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed.
One of them, seeing that he was cleansed, came back, praising God in a loud voice, and fell at Jesus’ feet and thanked him. He was a Samaritan.
But Jesus said, “Were not ten cleansed? But the other nine, where are they? Was no one found to return to give praise to God except this foreigner?” And he said to him, “Get up and go; Your faith has saved you!
