SATURDAY 22 JULY EVENING VISIT

On the evening of Saturday 22 July we are waiting for you, from 20.30 to 00.00 (last admission: 23.30), to admire #Palermo from the roofs, with its splendid landscape and monumental riches, and to closely observe the architectural and artistic elements of the external walls of the Cathedral of Arab-Norman style, visit the Monumental Complex of the Cathedral and the Diocesan Museum of Palermo.

Tickets are available at the Cathedral and Diocesan Museum ticket offices, or online at https://www.ticket-shop-cattedraledipalermo.it

Tickets purchased online can still be used on any opening day and do not expire until used.

NO BOOKING NEEDED

In the Cathedral it is possible to visit:
– Roofs
– Treasury with the crown of Constance of Aragon;
– Crypt, with the tombs of the Archbishops of Palermo;
– Royal tombs;
– Underground;
– Chapel of the Beneficiaries.

At the Diocesan Museum, 27 rooms await you in which about 300 works are exhibited, including paintings, sculptures and decorative arts from the 12th to the 19th century.

The visit of the Monumental Complex of the Cathedral is not allowed to heart patients, to those suffering from claustrophobia, vertigo, psychophysical disabilities and anxiety attacks; in addition, it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
