EVENING VISITS OF CATHEDRAL ROOFS AND DIOCESAN MUSEUM:
IN #JULY SATURDAY 1-8-22-29 – THURSDAY 13 The evening visits to the Monumental Area of the Cathedral and the Palermo Diocesan Museum continue.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 1 July for a visit to the rooftops, to the Monumental Complex of the Cathedral and to the Diocesan Museum of Palermo, from 20.30 to 00.00 last admission: 23.30.

Tickets can be purchased on the evening of the visit at the ticket offices of the Cathedral and the Diocesan Museum, or online on the website https://www.ticket-shop-cattedraledipalermo.it

Tickets purchased online can still be used on any opening day and do not expire until used.

NO BOOKING NEEDED

In the Cathedral it is possible to visit:
– Roofs
– Treasury with the crown of Constance of Aragon;
– Crypt, with the tombs of the Archbishops of Palermo;
– Royal tombs;
– Underground;
– Chapel of the Beneficiaries.
From the roofs, you can admire the city of #Palermo from above with its splendid landscape and monumental riches, and it is possible to closely observe the architectural and artistic elements of the external walls of the Cathedral.

At the Diocesan Museum, 27 rooms await you in which about 300 works are exhibited, including paintings, sculptures and decorative arts from the 12th to the 19th century.
The visit of the Monumental Complex of the Cathedral is not allowed to heart patients, to those suffering from claustrophobia, vertigo, psychophysical disabilities and anxiety attacks; in addition, it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
