Next Saturday from 20.30 to 00.00 (last admission 23.30) evening visit of the Monumental Complex of the Cathedral and the Diocesan Museum Palermo

The Monumental area includes:
– Roofs
– Treasure with the crown of Constance of Aragon;
– Crypt, with the tombs of the Archbishops of Palermo;
– Royal tombs;
– Underground;
– Chapel of the Beneficiaries.
From the roofs of the Cathedral, you can admire the city of #Palermo from above with its splendid landscape and monumental riches, and you can closely observe the architectural and artistic elements of the external walls of the Cathedral.

In the 27 rooms of the Diocesan Museum, about 300 works are exhibited including paintings, sculptures and decorative arts from the twelfth to the nineteenth century.
Tickets can be purchased on the day of the visit at the ticket offices of the Cathedral and the Diocesan Museum, or online on the website https://www.ticket-shop-cattedraledipalermo.it
Tickets purchased online do not expire until used.

NO RESERVATION NEEDED

The visit of the Monumental Complex of the Cathedral is not allowed for heart patients, those suffering from claustrophobia, dizziness, psychophysical disabilities and anxiety attacks; in addition, comfortable shoes are recommended.
